Wednesday, August 31, 2005, 9:32 PM Mrs. and Mrs. L., 354 QXXXX RXXXXX CXX., WXXXXXXXton, XXXX 8____, I find it the darnedest thing that by all appearances, the only communication you find necessary is to talk about rent payments. That being the case, I guess I shall have to take my stand with you with regards to my paying rent:
I hereby inform you that I will not be paying rent until
you address several issues with me that have heretofore gone unaddressed, not the least of which would be the disposition of my concerns regarding the letter I wrote to the City and finally got addressed by them. I expect an explanation of why you dismiss me and my concerns with no more recognition than a phone call, “sorry, we’ve got to get in there”, with no follow up at all to my notice and your near immediate trespass, even with a notice posted (not to) on my door. Should you find it beyond your abilities to address my concerns with me; for the second time, may I suggest we get someone to mediate with us.
