September 9, 2005 I’d headed out for my walk while it was still dI asked his name – Johnny Oxxx(?s?), and did he know Joe Nxxxxxxxx, the deputy who had taken my report the previous Thursday? He answered, “ark, probably around 6:30 A.M. Out on Qxxxx Rxxxx Dr. a vehicle was approaching in fits and starts with its lights on as I nearly topped the rise between Qxxxx Rxxxx Circle and Pxxxx Dxxxx Rxxxxx. As I passed its door I noticed an official insignia and stepped in toward it just as the driver seemed to make a definite decision to proceed out into the road and move forward. The driver had observed something in my movement that caused him to stop and roll down his window. I went back towards the door again and asked if he was with the Sheriff’s Dept. and thus, essentially Police for the City of Wxxxxxxxxx. He said he was. Name? Joxxxy Oxxxx. Did he know Jxx Nxxxxxxx? "Yes, he did.” “Is Joe back?” “He will be tomorrow.” I asked him to mention to Joe that he and I had talked and detailed that I was in dispute with my landlord and a brief synopsis of the report I’d made with Joe.
